JYJ’s Jaejoong cast in Time Slip Dr. Jin
Damn, this cast is shaping up pretty nicely, isn’t it? It’s frankly turning into a Hallyu Wave fan’s dream. Yesterday, Song Seung-heon was reported to be cast (he claims nothing is confirmed but we’ll ignore that for now) as the star of this Korean adaptation of the manga JIN and now it seems Jaejoong will be joining him. The last drama we saw Jaejoong was in SBS’s hit drama Protect the Boss (personal fave of mine) and now we’ll be seeing him in this medical fusion fantasy sageuk (WTF?). Not sure if it’s a straight melodrama, but both he and Song Seung-heon will be coming from rom-coms to…this. I’m having a hard time picturing how this will turn out, but my imagination is limited so that doesn’t mean anything. All I know is that Jaejoong will look beautiful in the Joseon garb. Yep, even if they’re rags, he’ll look amazing.
